Description : A stunning late Victorian ring with cushion-shaped purple sapphire with tones of pink and blue, changing color depending on the light in the cener. Square shaped, surrounded by a border of rosecust diamonds. Like almost all Victorian jewelry, diamonds were set in silver over a layer of gold. A very simple gold hoop. Wonderful, rich and luxurious looking thanks to both the cushiony shape and the deep purple – royal blue – pink tones. AGL certificate calls color: Violetish-blue Purple-pink; Degree of color change – Strong; Quality of color change – Very Good.
Marks and Metal: No marks.
